Bad response and transparency in rules

No responded on mail and no contact number available. Only after order in confirmation mail it was mentioned that item cannot be returned!

Meh

Terrible customer service. If you enjoy talking to bots, companies with no flexibility that don't really have a human touch, and coats with short sleeves that really should labeled "petite", then Noize is for you. The one star goes to the fur quality, which is quite nice.

Low Quality & No Returns

The hood fur was not what I expected and the jacket itself looked more plastic-y than anything else. Disappointed and I can't even get a refund. Save yourself some money!

Je suis très déçu.

Premièrement. Mon manteau est arrivé 3 semaines en retard...et le zipper est brisé. Et le manteau nes pas chaud du.tout.

Last time I will buy

I used to really like the brand until I had to turn to customer service. The worst customer service you can imagine. I never thought this brand was one of those that takes advantage of their customers instead of giving the best. I bought a size S coat, that is, my size but it is giant, so I wrote to return it and instead I received a refusal saying that the coat was final sale and that they could receive it, discounting me 20 dollars and the rest they were going to give me in store credits. I accepted because it was better to lose all the money and have a product that I was not going to use. I returned the coat, it was delivered on December 31 and this is the date (January 14) that I have not received my store credit. Obviously after this I will not buy again at Noize or recommend it to anyone.
