Customer service is lacking. No response nor follow up on missing coat. No contact made with customer. Visa company to be contacted about missing coat.

Placed my order on the 3rd. Email twice to check the status with no reply. Then I get an email 14 days later to say my order was cancelled. Never ordering here again.

Not easy to do returns

They were suppose to hold a jacket for me I found it at a Quebec store did all the phone calls to find it and they sold it to someone else. Even though they said it was on hold for me. I purchased so much from this company. I’m done ordering from here after this.

The worst experience ever ! You confirmed my order and after 10 days you sent an email to refund and inform that the product is out of stock ! Not professional at all, you couldn't update your website before or at least take the time to inform before !!
