The quality of the clothes are good. But the return policy and customer services needs a lot of improvement

Got a Matea Sweatshirt in XS and it’s so oversized and boxy. Sleeves are too long. Can’t return item anymore as it’s final sale. I love the material and colour but it’s just too huge on me. Sad
