Employees made it really hard for me to exchange my jacket

Customer service did not respond to me until a month later

I think sale items purchased online should have an exchange policy. Not being able to exchange an item you cannot try on doesn’t make sense.

Still waiting for a response on where to send a jacket that doesn’t fit for store credit.
