My coat was really nice and super warm but it came with a giant hole in the pocket, making it unusable for me- hence 3 stars. I'll update this once I get a new one. Shipping was fast, website was OK. My biggest complaint is the colours in the little boxes under the item never matched photos so it would be nice if that were updated. Package was okay, coat was super wrinkly because of how it was put in but I guess over time some of that would come out.
