The item arrived with a large, unnatural crease running across it—not the kind you’d expect from normal leather wear as shown in the photos, but one that clearly indicates it had been folded for an extended period. Shipping was also a major issue. It took five weeks to arrive in Los Angeles, with no indication on the website of any extended lead time. Customer service was equally disappointing. I had to follow up multiple times just to get a response, and when I finally did, they were unhelpful.

Very unresponsive to issue with sleeve damage.

The shipping took forever. I update was given. No response rendered to requests.

shipping took too long, ordered wrong item, had to return it. took 3 weeks to get responce. ordered correct one, took almost 2 months to get item. Still no refund
