The shipping took forever. I update was given. No response rendered to requests.

shipping took too long, ordered wrong item, had to return it. took 3 weeks to get responce. ordered correct one, took almost 2 months to get item. Still no refund

Delivery timing wasn’t too long. But communicating with the customer support on an issue feels like sending paper mail via USPS - it takes at least 7 days to get a basic response.
