Not so much

Shipping was absurdly long. I understand the handmade thing, but after several weeks I reached out to make sure my order wasn't lost and they told me it would arrive before Christmas. It still did not ship until 2 days before Christmas. Ordered the first few days of December and didn't receive until after the holidays, despite the banner on the website saying all orders placed before mid December would arrive in time for Christmas.

Order processing time and shipment were slow. No response to outreach.

After ordering, your email said to allow 5-7 days for shipping. After 10 days I emailed to find out the status and didn’t get a reply. I Waited a couple more days, sent a second email and finally got a reply saying it would ship by the end of the week. I understand you’re a small business and I don’t mind if things take longer than expected but I do expect timely communication.

Took too long to ship the item when I got It it looked totally different then the pic advertised
