I have not received the note book purchase on the paper notes. A

Inconsistent quality for premium priced products. Somewhat poor communication (no product for two weeks and 3-4 days for an email reply when checking on what was going on). Sure, it was the holidays/New Year, but it’s the truth.

I don’t expect perfect quality leather items, but was hoping for better than received.

Good product. Terrible customer service.
