I did not receive my order

My 23 items order made during Black Friday promotion have been canceled because there was a “ technical problem “ with one item (I don’t know which problem, because the item is “In stock” and available). Then they gave me a 10% discount for a new order, when the Black Friday discounts were much more then 10% , this is a mockery…

I ordered the buff in Germany and have to pay expensive shipping costs to Spain that cost almost more than the product? That does not work like this!

I cannot review something I have not received.
