I ordered and paid several products. But received no order confirmation and no goods. I immediately sent an email to the appropriate contact. After 7 days still no response. Feels like I’ve been scammed.

The pages took forever to load but I persisted found 4 items, went to checkout went through registration, filled in more forms for payment then got error messages, I redid it all and the same happened. The interface was not really suitable for UK the address form in particular was tricky. So for me too much time wasted, too much hard work in detail filling for no product. Their advice was for me to clear my browser history and try again - nope I’m buying else where, which I did, and it took no time

Despite chasing Buff's customer service and the Royal Mail, my purchase has not arrived. During the same period, I've received other purchases from Europe, so I do not understand why this has not been delivered.

Horrible return policy. Would rather buy elsewhere.
