I have not received my order after 14 days, for 2 Buff scarves. I have not even been able to track its progress from the Buff factory. The UK postal strike has been blamed. Packages which have been ordered more recently have arrived. I am very concerned that my order has gone missing. All I receive are requests for how good/bad your service is/was.

I put an order through on the 23 Nov and today it’s the 11 Dec. Still haven’t received the items. I emailed after 10 days and no reply. I emailed again and now buff is trying to locate the parcel. Tracking system says arrived in Germany on the 25 Nov and hasn’t moved from there. I live in the UK so not sure why it has been shipped to Germany. I needed some of the items for a race so had to go out and buy them from a shop. Not sure when and if I will receive my order now.

I ordered a view different products to have a choice. The website promised „easy return process“. Easy means for Buff: filling out an user-unfriendly form and then sending the goods on my own costs back to SPAIN - although I am a customer from Germany … Ich habe einige Produkte zur Auswahl bestellt, auf der Webseite hieß es „Einfache Retoure“. Einfach heißt für Buff: ein super umständliches Online Formular auszufüllen und dann die Produkte auf meine eigenen Kosten zurück nach SPANIEN zu schicken! Ich bestelle hier nie wieder!

I tried to buy 2 items on your website but couldn't find a way to go to check-out. After several tries I gave up and bought the items at Amazon.

Después de más de una semana en espera, tuve que esperar dos días a que me dieran respuesta al correo que mandé para saber el estado de mi pedido. Pésimo
