Order not arrived

I’m still waiting for my order over 4 weeks since ordering. I’ve spoken to customer service several times and they just tell me the item is in the system so I have to wait and it isn’t possible for me to cancel. This was supposed to be a gift but due to ridiculous delay I have had to organise something else instead.

No idea it might be wonderful but I've still not received it.

After waiting over 2 weeks for my order and sending multiple emails Buff they had no record of my order, then told me the payment was refused, but I have been charged. I am now being asked to give a review on products I apparently didn’t order. I’m having to claim the money back via my bank. I would therefore never order through this site again.
