Is there any possibility to check the sending of my order???

Don’t ask about products that have not been delivered….

Ordered an item two weeks ago. Still not arrived. It was a gift - a neck buff for someone going on a ski holiday. Contacted customer services and asked for refund if item cannot be delivered in time. The response was - an email would be sent as soon as the item is shipped. No apology or offer of a refund. The recipient of the gift has now gone on holiday, without the gift. Total waste of time and money. In this instance it appears that money comes before customer satisfaction. Will not use this company again, nor recommend it to others. Very poor service indeed.

I dislike the fact that it’s still not been delivered….

I don’t use it as it never arrived. Customer service non existent. Ordered well before post strike yet they still blamed the post.
