Order never arrived, 19 email exchanges later I finally received a refund! Absolutely shocking customer service would not provide a refund until I filled out a claim form to their carrier DHL when my contract of sale is with Buff not the carrier.

Very slow shipping and no answer from the customer support.

3 weeks since ordering and I still haven’t received my item. I emailed to enquire and they were less than helpful. They’ve since sent THREE emails asking for a review. Not sure I’d ever buy through them directly again.

Had a polar buff given to me as a gift after very little use the two sections started coming apart at the seams , as it was a gift with no receipt , ( buff not interested with no receipt the time or place of purchase be warned ask for receipt when given a gift , very sad Very poor service to go with Very poor quality item I own a couple but I won’t be buying again … Nor will my family and friends in the outdoor community …

Still waiting for an item to be delivered - now into 3rd week. Charged £6 to deliver an item that cost £20 !!! - nothing in website to warn of delays or the fact that the item is sent from Germany and hence delayed due to Brexit and Post office strikes.
