I use and like their Buff products since many many years and gave to my whole family one this year. Unfortunately the web page has nice photos but otherwise is horrible, it is very slow it and during checkout I could ot even pay. I told them but they did not change anything and my support calls where not handled appropriately.

Instead of at least shipping the item(s) paid, all you will get is the begging for rating.

I didn't recieve the product. It was sent to the wrong adress, and the people at Buff are in no way being helpfull to resolve my problem. Their automatic adress fill in system doesn't work. Manual additions are not correctly taken. I paid with paypal which has my adress as standard shipping adress. No correction was made. Never again!

Return process is unclear and very expensive. 12 EUR to return to Spain/Barcelona on your own cost.

Parcel was almost open as arrived and you have return the parcel to spain on your own costs. First and last order
