Ordered two Buffs and they came after when I needed them - no biggie, but tried to return the 2x and submitted my Returns form, was contacted by a Customer Service rep on which Buff I wanted to return (which I said in my form that I wanted to return both Buffs) and never got a response. Have tried contacting them to get a response but have not heard back over 3x months. Non responsive on returns and still have never been worn.

I ordered the product on Monday and it’s now Thursday and I’ll heard nothing

Love the products but delivery was £9 so didn’t bother buying. Crazy charge!

I placed an order more than a week ago. My credit card was promptly charged. But no shipping confirmation, no updates. Tried various means of contacting customer support. No luck. What's going on?!
