no puedo comprar, no puedo poner algunos productos en la cesta, no hace los descuentos que dice i no me dan solucion, muy decepcionado y mas siendo una marca donde hasta el momento e gastado cientos de euros

I am a first time customer and my order was lost or misplaced. Natalia, the customer service rep I contacted has offered no help or assistance in remedying this issue other than telling me to figure it out on my own. Definitely won’t be purchasing from the site again, I’ll buy Buff gear from REI instead where they actually value their customers.

I can not use the buff, it did not arrive!!!

Does not fit and the person who contacted me about it suggested it would shrink, key word “up to” 20% or return it for another $10 shipping cost. So I either lose $20 in total shipping and have to order another one for an additional $10 of shipping cost or I risk the “up to” 20% but no return. Not happy at all with this experience most places allow an exchange free of shipping or don’t try to convince their customers to try something that will result in no return when the results aren’t guaranteed.
