The product hasn’t arrived , I have sent 3 emails and no reply . Yet I have been asked to review the product twice . I would like a refund or an immediate dispatch of the item . It’s a Christmas present for my son .

Used the website to order. First two attempts to pay failed to receive a confirmation. On the third attempt I did receive confirmation. Later received three different order numbers. Contacted company who sent screen shot to say two orders had been cancelled. As yet not received order but have received an email to review site. This product is for a Christmas present will be interesting to see if it arrives.

I will think twice if I want to buy something from this website unfortunately. The return requires email, wait, then printer, hand writing and pay for the post... unbelievable. Deeply disappointed, very poor service

heads-up: do NOT buy before you try, find a local store and try it out there (and maybe buy it there to support your local stores). They will make you pay for shipping AND returns. I'm actually keeping an item that doesn't fit me (yeah, one size fits all my ass) because it's not worth the return fees.

Order got canceled without any explanation
