I bought two items on the site.My purchase was canceled and an item was refunded,but I was not informed about the other item.

During the previous sale . . . I was not able to log into my account. I sent “forgot password” several times - using both of the email addresses I have used currently and past with not one password reset. I also tried calling the company and never received a callback. I’ve been a repeat customer - although not spending lots of money. He website’s ability to support customers is poor. I gave up trying and missed the sale. And now have little patience to try failing once again.

I submitted feedback during the Green Friday sale and never heard back. One buff that I really liked had price problems. I wrote a long email about it to try to explain and never heard back. I still placed an order so I guess Buff doesn't care. So disappointed with customer service. Out of the items I did receive the Beanine was really disappointing, although I did love the colours, it would have been nice to know that it is was so thin and not warm or heavy. The description was vague. Site is also not very friendly for someone with a visual impairment.

I needed to return an item. Though it took awhile, I got the refund and was told I could keep the item! I was very pleased and will def stay as a customer.
