£9 is too much to pay for an item that weighs less than a kilo and can be packaged in a box smaller than a sheet of A4. On top of this, I managed to screenshot the website where it stated shipping was £4. I contacted customer services to see if they would honour what was on their website, and they changed the price on the website, then denied blankly that it was stated as £4 at the time I tried to purchase. Poor, and disappointing....

I sent a note last week regarding working with Buff to produce a few Buff snoods to take to market for the 2023 UCI World Champs in August in Glasgow and Scotland. I have had o reply but would be great to know if any interest to work with us (Cube Partnership - Master Licensee) before would look at other licensee's give you are the leading brand in this market, especially within the cycling world.
