I got an answer for my question. It was very curt.

I can fit my whole head through the neckwarmer. Way too big. Return was offered but I have to pay shipping which is same price as the time.

Delivery takes way to long. It took almost 2 days before my order was handed over to the carrier. After that it took another 3 days to deliver.

I successfully ordered 2 items but received a message saying 1 was out of stock and I’d receive a refund. The remaining in-stock item was also not sent and refunded, which was frustrating as it was intended as a gift and didn’t leave time to reorder.

Quality of the products is good. Though one headband enlarged when worn and does not go back to original size, even after washing. I cannot wear it anymore as it's too loose now. BUT: I needed to return some articles and the return policy and service is just lousy! I needed to send a packet from Germany to Spain at my own cost!! Advertised easy return on their website. That's a no go! Not got gonna order from this shop again. What a pity!
