Website only gives you a delivery timescale AFTER you place your order. Very disingenuous when it’s a present. Product looks good.

Before asking me to review the product, it would be very much appreciated to receive it, or at least have information about the transport.

Have a few Buffs, was buying a polar buff for a present, when searching on site everything came up apart from what I was looking for. Used Google search and found the correct item and clicked on the link. Love Products, website not so much.

The Buff Online Shop website is often very slow. Filters don't work correctly. When scrolling through filtered items, suddenly the page skips multiple lines of products. Multiple Website formular fields are overlapping and making it hard to read. Clicking the link to track my order delivery at DHL leads to a 404 error page. All in all one of the worst and unprofessional online shopping experiences i encountered. Probably was the last time i ordered something here.
