great products, yet delivery service is very poor

Sending messages have a very slow response. Trying to call was worse because constantly put through to answer machine. When finally managed to speak to someone about my order 1 month after placing it my refund did arrive as the product had not. Very disappointed with the service overall. I was warried as I didn't get much information since I did the order until it was dispatched, considering the Christmas dates... I put 3 stars cause I didn't manage to apply the 10% discount code on the fork, as the browser didn't work

Have really enjoyed buff products over the years, but most recent purchase arrived with a hole in it. Contracted customer service, and it took 3 times before getting response. And then they couldn't replace the item (sad), but they did refund the money. They were sincere and wanting to make good, but the experience left me disheartened.

a Cycles Collection is a must have. both for summer with caps and in winter with winter caps, scarves and gloves!
