Most disappointing experience. In customer service and product. Will not ever purchase from your company again and will share experience with friends and family.

Ordered product in December 14 with overnight shipping. Called the service line after 10 days with no product and had to leave a voicemail. After no reply to that I also sent multiple emails. No reply to that as well. I also had no way to cancel the order so I disputed it with American Express.
