If I could rate a 0 I would. First pair of leggings had a defective run in them like nylons. I received my order more then two weeks after putting it in. When I reached out about then being defective after I finally wore them and then customer s ervic FINALLY responded they said it was past the 30 days. It was definitely not. I still haven't hit 30 days. Then I contacted CS when I was emailed saying an order was confirmed. I did not realize when I ordered the first pair it was a subscription. So I said I wanted to cancel my account and the order and get a refund. So again no one contacted me even after reaching several times. Finally over a week goes by someone contacts me. And she refused to help with anything. Hands down worst customer service as well as so disappointed about spending $70 for nothing. I hate the most recent outfit and would never in million years but those leggings. First pair I loved the design but can't wear because of the run in them. So disappointing. I ha e posted on many SM networks and friends oaves and have had many many many responses to people telling me than you for warning them and they will make sure not to buy from Ellie like I told Breanna I would so because I don't want anyone frauded like me.
