Went out of my way to chadstone where your website said you were located. . . you were not. Could not contact anyone to make an enquiry because your phone number was not working. . . sent a couple of emails with no response. . customer service was non existent

I did not receive my purchase. When tracked it states it has been delayed, but almost a month and no further information! Messaged Madsocks but they have not responded.

When the math socks we ordered came, we got two right socks. both socks said the same thing instead of saying ‘5 out of 4 people’ on one and ‘struggle with math’ on the other. terrible service. will not be buying again.
