Not good customer service

I bought the hipster cat socks in the two sizes and they've send me two very different socks (of the same size). Yes they both have cats but the second pair is not as pictured and can be purchased elsewhere on the website. I asked to exchange the unopened and unworn socks and they refused.

I placed an order on the 24th Jan, I noticed on the website that it was 1-2 day picking time and I paid for express shipping because I wanted these socks for a gift. The socks only arrived 2 weeks later, which with express shipping means about 6 days of picking time. I’m frustrated I paid for express shipping, as the gift period was well and truely missed anyway!

I’d love to submit a review if I had received my order.

Havnt received update so a little frustrated.
