Easy to purchase and find on the website but they took a very very long time to arrive even though they are made in Australia and I live in Australia. It shouldn’t take like 2 weeks to arrive. Sometimes things from overseas is quicker.

socks are great but no sizing? i went through ordering particular sizes, S M L for different socks. When they arrived, they're all the same size - "one size fits most". What's the point of the sizing on your website? I know some of these socks will not fit some of the people I bought them for... disappointing

I was careful when selecting madsocks for family members to match images to their characters and, more importantly, in selecting relevant sizes; hence 'small' for the younger ones, 'medium' for the females, and 'large' for the males. So I was extremely disappointed when seven pairs arrived that were all the same size, with the tag 'one size fits most'. I don't think so, especially when they were not marketed that way.

I have actually emailed with no reply. I purchased my daughter a pair of socks for crazy sick day at school. My daughter is 11. They were almost $30 with express postage and they were so small (no stretch at all in them) she couldn’t even wear them. My daughter is average build. Very disappointed as they weren’t cheap.

I haven’t RECEIVED the purchased socks!!!!!
