Ordered two pairs online as a Birthday present. All good. Chose and paid…..then a refund email for one pair. Sort of fine, but would have preferred a chance for a replacement item as were being sent directly and a little annoying

The 2 pairs of socks took over 2 weeks to arrive from Melbourne to QLD. I contacted several times with the listed ways the phone number is not connected the email was undeliverable and the contact form I have no idea as I never received a reply…I was actually surprised the socks eventually turned up! You are let down badly by customer service and the length of shipping time within Australia as the socks are fine.

The product is good, however it took a month to arrive from when I ordered it. It was part of a birthday gift so was unable to give it on the day.

Very disappointed that I specifically chose socks in different sizes but when they turned up they were all the same size as “one size fits most” the reason I purchased large was because I needed the large size.

Easy to purchase and find on the website but they took a very very long time to arrive even though they are made in Australia and I live in Australia. It shouldn’t take like 2 weeks to arrive. Sometimes things from overseas is quicker.
