It took a while to get my order, but I didn't have to trim the base and the density was good. It should work well.

My overall purchasing experience with Lyrical Hair was positive, and the product arrived as described and met my expectations. However, I have serious concerns about the security and privacy of my personal information. Shortly after placing my order and receiving the product, I was contacted unexpectedly via WhatsApp by someone in China claiming to represent Lyrical Hair. I had not consented to being contacted through this platform. I also received an email from someone asking what exchange I wanted for my recent purchase. The email included a text conversation with an individual apparently impersonating me and requesting a product exchange. I had never requested an exchange or authorized anyone to do so on my behalf. These incidents have raised significant concerns about whether my personal and order information may have been compromised or improperly shared. While I cannot confirm how this occurred, this is the first time I have experienced anything like this when shopping online. In summary, the product itself is good and accurately described, but I believe Lyrical Hair should investigate these incidents and take appropriate steps to protect customers' personal information and prevent unauthorized communications or changes to orders.
