I haven't received the hairpiece yet, and its been almost 2 weeks, its expected today. Need to work on quicker communication if the exact size is out of stock, when the piece is ordered it should show whether or not it is available.

We were not at all impressed with the product we received and need to return it.

Not good

I had been ordering units from you but stopped because the service was bad. I was ordering stock units but it was taking a long time to get them. Emailing wasn’t working for answers and calling a US number wasn’t an option.

I had to call to find out why my unit was not sent. It is 3 weeks out but I was not notified until I called
