I was little upset due to the fact that it feels like my hair were synthetic and not human hair as before. Could you please look into this. Regards, Habib

Delivery was later than your first email stating 2/12 delivery. Delivered 2/17. 80% light density is far to dense (2x) for senior men. Having to remove lots of hair, taking lots of time. Other things seems good so far.

I ordered a thin skin . 06 color 720 and I received a color 1720.

The density was not what I ordered. I ordered 80% but received 90%.
