The dress I ordered was quite a bit too big, so I needed to replace for a smaller size. The customer service people were extremely helpful and I received my new dress in just a few days. It was perfect. With this kind of service I will be ordering from Lascana again.

I have spent a lot

I have spent a lot of money with Lascana and had a very bad issue with my last order I was counting on. I was told it shipped out after checking a week later, then I waited another week and called again when it said the same thing for the tracking. Then I was told it was not available on an email days later. I called and they gave me a refund and asked me if i wanted to order it again. I told them no.

How can my returns expure when they were returned with customer service help????

The return process is painful.

The return process is painful. When so many of their retail competitors are using Happy Returns or QR codes which makes mailing labels not necessary. And when I reach out by email, the response does not keep the email chain going so it's difficult to know which question they are responding to.
