The tankini top I ordered

The tankini top I ordered on 2/23 was backordered and I was told it would not ship until 3/24. I wanted it for a vacation trip on 3/17. I tried to cancel the top today (3/12) but was told it already shipped. Had I known that I would not have bought something to replace it. On top of that I will have to pay a restocking fee!
