I’ve been very upset with

I’ve been very upset with this company and their communication. I’ve reached out every way possible, through social media , their text option, and multiple emails. I HATE to be that person cause I don’t usually have issues but this is so problematic. They lost my order that I ordered a month before Eid for the reason that I wanted to try on and see if adjustments needed to be made as I hate online shopping anyways but was very excited for these dresses. Well my order didn’t show up till the day before Eid because they stated they “couldn’t find my order” and it was saying “processing” for weeks. That’s when they sent me express next day new order 4 days before Eid and then started to post on their social “no returns” like this was your mistake? I would have been able to make returns, adjustments WEEKS ago if they hadn’t messed up and now completely ignoring me. I saved up for these dresses, not everyone has the free money to just lose $500. I’m beyond upset.
