the worst customer service for return and exchange

services isn’t good, customer service does not reply

Terrible. I have sent emails over 2 weeks, messaged on instagram, and called and texted the phone number but no response.

Worst service I’ve ever experienced!! Never ordering from here ever again. Was overcharged for shipping and tax. Then was told that would get taken care of. Now I’ve waited over a month and still not received anything but have been charged over £100 for the items I originally bought!!! Absolutely horrendous service and shocking delays in responses!!

Unresponsive staff, will not answer my emails.
