Very nice labels but bad service. Took much longer than expected. No much communication. I would have been happier if someone acknowledged they were having problems with how long they were taking. Just a simple mail saying sorry we are taking so long ….. would have been nice to know they still know I have an order as I felt they kept forgetting my order.

Labels are amazing! Really professional. Just disappointed in delivery time. Did not arrive when promised. Otherwise Wunderlabel is excellent.

Excellent quality and happy with my labels, but the reason for my 3 stars was service related. My order did not arrive on time, i was not kept up to date re the status of my order or the reason for the delay. I had to query this. I understand that there was a machinery breakdown, but I would have appreciated being kept updated.

Labels look fantastic, however more communication is needed if the delivery date quoted is going to be missed. I had to send three chase emails and a phone call to get an ETA.
