Overall this was a frustrating process. Wunderlabel's production was impacted by load shedding, which was naturally out of their control, and delays were understandable. However, the customer service I received was poor, and ultimately I didn't feel confident that my order would actually reach me.
The labels were delivered 14 working days later than the original estimated delivery. I wouldn't have minded the delay, however, I never received clear communication about the status of my order and therefore had no idea what kind of delay I should expect. On three separate occasions, I was informed that my order was being dispatched that day (which was never the case), and every time I emailed to request an update, the only response I received was to say that they would investigate. When I requested an update on their investigation, they would again provide no further explanation except that they would investigate. I also couldn't get hold of them via their phone line.
I waited for the labels to arrive before writing this review so that I could decide if the quality of the product would make up for the customer service. Unfortunately, the quality varied between the labels, and they were ultimately quite underwhelming.
If you're looking for an affordable product that does the job, then I would say Wunderlabel is worth it. However, based on my experience, I wouldn't recommend them to someone expecting customer support, clear communication of timelines, and prompt service.
