Placed an order on 11/11

Placed an order on 11/11 and after the given lead time (plus extra time) i checked status. I was told it would be 1-2 more weeks, but has been another 3 weeks since then. It's been 12 weeks. I see other orders fulfilled (even one i place much later already arrived).

I’m split down the middle.

I’m split down the middle. The initial boxes I received were very disappointing. I received some items that were really dirty and damaged that made me question the training of some of the employees. However, I appreciated what the company was trying to accomplish by keeping these clothes out of the landfill. That is what made me stick around. I also love the interface on the Jomar app. I find the app very engaging and it makes me excited to shop. The customer service has been very responsive as well.

Fun concept but not returning

Purchased a few boxes at this point. Fun concept/idea but most my items are showing up damaged...like beyond repair damage... won't be ordering more I don't think.

I have had good experience

I have had good experience and not so great. My last active box was decent, it had a couple good pieces. But my NWT CPR box was terrible and I’m hoping to at least make most of my money back.

High Hopes Dashed

There were three pairs of jeans that were in terrible condition, and I had to throw them away (holes in two pair, one pair had no tags inside or a brand designator). There was a fourth pair—a pair of Diesel jeans—that I thought I would recoup my money on, but they had been hemmed to a 26” inseam; I don’t know any men who wear a 26” inseam; I listed as unisex for $16. The rest were fine, I guess: I listed them. There were a couple of pairs of American Eagle jeans. I haven’t sold any yet, but eventually, maybe I will make a little of my money back.
