Not happy with sizing and overall items

So I do enjoy the products I’ve been sent. I’ve gotten some great pieces. However, I placed an order mid December that I still have gotten no update on nor received. It’s been almost two months. I would at least have liked to be contacted about the delay in delivery. I suggest the company under promise and over deliver.

The shipping takes forever and the brands/conditions are too inconsistent for me to purchase more regularly.

Some of the items I’ve received in my box are not sellable, damaged beyond repair, brands that have zero resell value. It’s nearly impossible to make even my money back, yet alone a profit.
