The product was good. Service not so good. I am still waiting on another product. I still haven’t got a email on a update yet.

Lack of communication if a product is going to be delivered late. If you already have to pay a high shipping cost they should at least have the common courtesy to constantly stay in touch with you about the product you ordered.

It usually is pretty quick getting stuff but it is starting to take two or three weeks to get my stuff now

Would be amazing amazing if one boot wasn't made smaller and piss me off every day when I wear it. My foot falls asleep. Right side was made smaller. Thought it would stretch out over time, month later...no.
