I bought the goat wrench for 60 dollars and the thread chasers had zero threads in the holes. Making the thread chaser completely useless. Would have been nice to know when i purchased, especially since description describes the tool having them.

Good company to do business with , I would like to see free shipping on items $100 and over instead of $500. Unless I have a big order I get it from somewhere with free shipping.

Ordered a shirt a month ago. Emailed the company with no response. Called and talked to someone and said it was back ordered and should be shipped soon. No updates, was supposed to be a gift but date has come and gone.

When I went to order item it wasn't available, order wasn't processed, so I ordered a different style of jeans as Christmas gift. A week after Christmas I received an invoice for product that wasn't available. I immediately responded to sender that I did not want this item and was told then I would need to return product. I feel they could have canceled delivery from being sent because it wasn't till the next day I received "product shipped notification".
