Good other than not having everything I ordered and wasn’t aware of my order being short ahead of delivery to my house. I was counting on getting what didn’t show and kind of put me in a bind. If they would have let me know I could have ordered the missing items earlier

Ordered 3 pair only got 2 of them. No follow-up or anything

The product in the picture was not the same as the product I received.

Shipping and online sales services great just disliked the boots I decided to purchase after about a month! Boots are very heavy and when trying to get the boot on the material on the heal section of the moot as your sliding your foot in is very loose, making it difficult to put them on!
