I am happy with all the gear I got. Great condition, and quality gear. When I originally received my package the climbing belt was marked on the shipping list but was not present in the box. I called J harlen and they said they would get it right out. After a couple days I had no emails or any proof that they were sending it. Took me a week during the holidays to reach them again. Asked for email proof akd tracking number. Told me they would get it to me within a day or 2. Still never received any of that info but the belt did finally arrive.

I placed my order May 19 and still waiting. I was contacted and told it would be sometime in August.

Need free shipping if purchased over so much

have been waiting months for a pair of boots & have heard nothing so far I know merchandise is hard to get everywhere but a notification on my order would be appreciated

I have not received my lineman boots yet. I will be needing them soon. Thanks
