Sizing is all over the place, dressed smelled upon arrival, cute but unsure how I really feel about the products.

Shipping is expensive when you are already spending $$$$$$

I wish they get more organized with the pick up orders and they don't make us go twice to pick up the orders when you place more then one. Beside that they are really good helping you!!

I love Ivy City Co. I have LOTS of their dresses but my latest experience with customer service was bad. If it had been my first time buying with them I don’t think I’d buy again BUT I know how wonderful the people behind the brand are and how gorgeous and high quality the dresses are so I am hopeful the customer service experience won’t happen again. My problem was eventually resolved but it was a very frustrating experience that took weeks instead of days.
