I had waited for almost a month for my order to be delivered but when I reached out to customer service they determined that the package had been lost and the dress was out of stock. They were not able to send me a replacement but did send a full refund. I am very disappointed as I had been waiting faithfully for the white ballerina dress to debut so that I could purchase to wear for my bridal shower but now I will have to look elsewhere for a dress in time. I have been a loyal customer and I hope that someone will look into the reason for the loss of an order so that it does not happen to other customers.

You cancelled my order more than a week after placing my order. I had planned to wear it to a wedding and since you took so long to cancel my order, I was unable to order from any other store in time. Will never order again from your website and will encourage everyone I know not to give you a chance.
