I am super loyal to ICC. Lately I havent been receiving my rewards points. I would really love to earn, so I could keep shopping at ICC.

General fan of Ivy City; I love supporting a small, women-owned business. I do, however, think the dresses are overpriced for what you're getting. There are some dresses that are totally worth the cost--you can tell the designs are thought out and meticulous; other dresses seem very cheap. But, I have always received my packages in a timely manner, and returns are easy (even though they aren't free).

Great dress

Ivy city is super cute and I adore the clothing. I noticed the prices have increased and noticeably. The shipping is the biggest pain. It ships DHL which takes forever and never updates, then tenders to usps which again sits for about 4 days before updating. My order shipped the same day I ordered it and it’s been 2 weeks, still haven’t received it. I love that ivy city is all size inclusive and has mommy and me. I seriously adore it, I just really hate my last shipping experience. I see Instagram unboxing of everything getting super in personally labeled boxes with all this cute wrapping. Which I highly looked forward to on my first order, but I’ve ordered 3 times and mine comes in a beat up plastic envelope, not personally labeled, every time. I want to keep loving it but with the prices with what they are and the lack of effort into packaging that takes over 2 weeks for shipping makes me reconsider it.

I’ve had a pretty good experience overall.
