I was so disappointed with these low boots and their fit. Unfortunately by the time I figured it out I had thrown away the original packaging so could not return.

I returned item, but have not received a refund.

Sent a pair of boots back still have not seen the refund on my credit card ..not sure where it went thanks. Very bad service

I was not properly credited for a return. The shoes ran very small and the web site did not so indicate. I still have not received my credit and it has been 45 days. When one calls customer service there is no answer. VERY VERY POOR ON LINE RETAILER.
