I returned the boots within a week and received confirmation that the company received my return on 12/7/2021. However, until today 1/12/2022, I have not yet received the refund. I wrote two emails to the customer support and never received any response.

Shoes were returned but taking a long time to receive my credit. Shoes were received by company.
